An ideal location near Champs-Élysées sets this classy hotel apart, yet there are areas needing improvement, notably during breakfasts and maintenance. The ambiance is lovely, but small rooms and the occasional noise disrupted the experience. Friendly staff are a plus, but some requests went unaddressed. A mixed bag overall for the price paid.

I recently stayed for 4 nights in a Classic Room, and I was thrilled with the location just a stone's throw from the Champs-Élysées. The staff were incredibly warm and went above and beyond, especially the concierge, who helped with excellent restaurant recommendations. The room itself was tastefully decorated and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. However, the breakfast options could be improved, as they felt a bit limited and on the pricier side.

Housekeeping could use serious improvement!!! Slow elevator service is frustrating, especially when on higher floors!!!

The location here is fantastic, making it easy to explore Paris! Rooms are cozy but somewhat small, and the hotel’s staff could be more welcoming. Breakfast was impressive, though it could start a bit earlier for early risers. Overall, a decent choice for a trip!

Family with children classy stay

This place had a great vibe right from the start! The breakfast lasted until 2 pm which was perfect for us, what other hotel does that?

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I guess you pay for quality.
